Who decided not appear on R&KL

Many years ago on Regis and Kathie Lee I remember a star
decided not to appear the morning he was scheduled to do the show because of what Kathie Lee said. I believe it was David Caruso. Does any one remember this show and when it aired and what was said to this actor?

It was the actor on NYPD Blues who plays the black captain or LT. I believe ME said something critical about the show and it's nudity. He was offended and did not come out. It was a couple of years ago I think.
She had nerve talking about nudity with all her suggestive remarks and movements and swearing over the years.

I think it was something about the clip they were going to show was not appropriate for morning television. I think there was some foul language involved and nudity. That stuff belongs on prime time and not when the kids can see it at 9am.

Yes she did say the D-word to Letterman a couple times in fact! It's not just an issue of what hour she talks or acts a certain way. It's that one day Tacky Lee is acting as pure as the driven snow as though though a cuss word never crossed her mind or virgin lips. To Sailor, KLG did not use the "D" word on the morning
show. Saying it on Lettermen at 11:30P.M. is a little
different than saying such words at 9:00A.M. when children
are watching.

Oh Puhleeze...she may not have said the "D" word on live, but don't you listen to her with all her sexual inuendos @ 9:00 in the morning..You fans just listen to what you want to hear !! Regardless of what time she uses foul language, the fact remains, she still uses it...So don't let her fool you with that Holier than thou bit!! Every interview or talk show she's been on she's been heard using expletives.
