reuniting with my family

i would love to reunite my mom and dad on mothers day with my brother he has been gone for about 12-13 years....we do not know if he is alive..in jail...or living right down the road...he had two sons which were left by their mother at a neighbors...he is aware of this my mom took them in ..he is aware of this ..after this he dissapeared...noone knows why...was he scared and now dont know how to say sorry for running of...i miss my family and sons they are now 13 and 14...i miss my brother also...he has had some problems in childhood..i think all the redalin he was on did something to his mind.....mom cries often now..she thi8nks of him everyday every holiday wondering if he is alive and well...not homeless and hungry...my dad has had a triple by pass in his life..a stroke...he just retired after working for general motors for 3o years...he is afraid that now he will pass soon since his co-workers that have retired have passed...the one thing he wants most in his last years is to see hi son...his youngest son..he he cries at night wondering where he is...i truely think he just got scared and left and as time went on was afraid to come back...we were not the loving ..hugging...forgiving family..back then...my parents have aged and mellowed...my mom rasise the boys as if she gave birth hersel to them...they are a hand full in trouboe all the time..in school..in home..everywhere...i am afraid they will be the death of my dad and mom...i ask to have them come live with me but my mom feels its her responsibility since it was her son ..and i think because she has not seen their dad..it may be easier for her to have them spend more time with me if she sees her son....my dad retiring is a pay cut...maybe if my brother was found he may want to help some.....i am not asking to reunite them for bad terms only good....i look on sites on the web and no luck put postings up no luck...check with old friends and school friends no luck..i am at a dead end...i have not the funds to hire someone to look for him...please help me reunite them i wanted to for xmas but ran into dead ends.....this wolud be a great mothers day gift..fathers day gift ,...xmas..easter...new years...everyday gift..........please helkp me..the boys also would love to see thier dad...they see pictures in my house and say who is this he looks familirar i tell them and they get this kinda sad face.......please help me please...410-612-0648/410-612-5167
