No Kelly did not make the People's Top 25 list this year? Shouldn't this have been her year? Sticky Fingers Ryder and Meddling Martha Stewart made it. So did George Clooney for crying out loud. But no Ripa. hmmmmmm.....

Regis. I wouldn't expect Regis with all his other acclaimations would get it...but I thought she was fresh, new and up and coming?

That is why she made the list last year, because she was new and upcoming- that part of the list changes year to year depending on who is new. Certain actors and celebrities make it every year, but not all do.
