I hope most of it is fake! I saw a preview that in the past they ate worms and bugs in Africa they have to drink blood! Now thats way to far if its real.

How gross god they aren't vampires are they why would anyone resort to drinking blood I don't care how hungry you are that is just nasty and dangerous.

It's not fake at all. Drinking animal blood is a ritual in Africa. I wouldn't do it, not even for a million bucks..

OMG.....Drinking blood!! I'm with you Bw, I wouldn't drink it for a million dollars either. I don't watch the show, I just saw the topic here. Isn't that dangerous, I mean with all the diseases. It is just so gross. Reality TV like this, no thank you. Bring back Big Brother......all they had to eat that they hated was peanut butter and jelly!! lol
