Really laughed, love that...
How neat that Regis sat with AMC stars on the flight home, and brought them into Chat... Even wrote their names down so he didn't forget them..
Sounds like the AMC set is a happy one.. Kelly has always been high on Regecca Buddeg(sp)/Greenlee. The anectdote she told Regis about Kelly teasing her was was a kick..
The trip home must have been a fun one.. I hope Rebecca will get a substitute gig in the future, now that she has "bonded" with Regis, and told him she wants Kelly's job <grin>. I thought she did well on The View....
I really enjoyed the interaction today. The teasing on both sides made it really fun to watch..

Enjoyed todays host chat also. I can totally relate to Regis' airport troubles since I just experienced it not too long ago. Going to Indiana with a stop over in Chicago was HELL. But I did enjoy my visit to Indiana.

I couldn't figure out why he didn't just take a car to Notre Dame? It would've been a lot easier than spending 3+ hours in the airport!!!

Did Regis mention if Joy went with him? I didn't hear him say anything.
Don't the wives usually go to the reunions with the husband?
I thought it was funny, he didn't mention what year is was either, did he? I mean, how many years since he graduated, or what the class year was.
Do you think it would have been 40th or 50th?
It had to be a year that ended in a 3 I guess?
So, if he graduated from college in 1953, it would have been his 50th.

Definitely his 50th...
Sure not #40 or 45...
LOL, I'm sure Joy avoids those things like the plague, I know I would, and do.. Kelly got a good one in that went over Regis head about it...
LOL, he was bragging on the success of his class and mentioned three in particular.. Kelly asked if that was all and Regis interupted there and I don't think she finished.. I took it to mean was that all of the class left? LOL He did not take it that way.. He really likes to plug the Paint Store Guy...
He got a great line in about being asked, "Regis what are YOU doing"?
Fun chat..

I'm not sure how it could be his 40th reunion, if he's 71? Common sense would say it's his 50th--he went to college right out of high school--
I know a lot of people who go to reunions "stag". It's boring for some spouses to listen to stories again and again and again lol

Pardon me while I pick myself up off the floor.. <grin>

Had an early start today...watched the show from afar at my local breakfast place...looked like Reege was telling some funny stories. Lots of smiling and laughing going on onscreen. Hey, maybe I have stumbled upon a new way to watch the show? lol We certainly couldn't argue about much if we used our mute buttons.
Just joking of course, but was an interesting way to view the show.
The woman at the next table from us was from Minnesota, and here for her grandson's graduation...she is originally from my town, anyhoo, I was remarking that we were missing a good story or two,(having no sound), and that I loved Regis's tales of woe, and she went on to say how much she loved Kelly. She called her a "character". Then she talked about there being supposed tension, but if there was, that she didn't see it. Guess everybody is looking for it now.

Hi all,
Just thought I would weigh in on the reunion year. Doesn't Regis go to these every 2-3 years? Did he say every other year? Anyway, I got the feeling it wasn't any specific year, just a regular party they have. I also got the feeling they combine years, sometimes they do that with college reunions (high school also).

I think it would be his 50th, but maybe he does go every other year or so.
Speaking of reunions, we're having a multi class reunion this weekend. I graduated from a really really small town, so it would take a multi class reunion to make it any kind of size worth having one for. We did have one all by ourselves on a decade yr. several years back, and had a good turnout. One thing about small town reunions, you know you're gonna know SOMEBODY!! Probably everyone who comes! LOL I'm looking forward to it, I had a great time at the other ones. Oh, and our class liked one another enough to enjoy seeing each other every few years or so. I know there will some I went to kindergarten with. Poor hubby, I'm dragging him along. He's a good sport about it though.

Susan...
His earlier words were, "to my recollection", they have them every 5 years.. That schedule works with one of his "several" high school graduation dates.. And "50" works well..
Of course, if they did not start the reunions from the graduation year, every 5 years could be anything...
;0))

LOL, I know Trevor has a really ugly thingie to go along with an edit, but...
Susan, what year reunion do you think it is??

Regis mentioned this morning that the reunions are every five years.
I honestly think it is his fiftieth year.
I thoroughly enjoy Monday's chats. Both seem so fresh.
Hope everyone is having a great evening.
