I was just thinking with myself and a few others being new it might be fun to post a few things about ourselves nothing too personal just some fun things. If you find anything too personal just skip that question, or add some of your own. I did this on another board and it was a lot of fun... I hope I'm not making a board faux pas here or anything lol Here goes:


What is on your Mouse pad : Marvin the Martian

Siblings: one brother in the states and a sister here who is autistic and also has c.p.

Type of home: 3 bedroom townhouse

Hobbies/interests reading, crocheting, exercising & pole dancing lol

Like storms or hate them: like them at night not so much in the day

Favorite food: salad & vegetables

Do you sleep with a stuff animal: only if my hubby counts

I think it was you that mentioned that you crochet.

I love doing it and have tried all different things. So far, my favorite has been baby outfits.

Last Friday, I won the blue ribbon for a dress and coat that I made. It was really darling, done in white, with pink trim. There are crocheted roses on each piece, with a green chain for a stem, and green leaves. REally cute. I was so happy with this outfit, and just entered it on a whim.

I entered it in our Agriculture Fair.

Hi Sandy it sounds beautiful!!!my fav. thing to crochet is baby blankets. I've done so many I can't even count. I taught myself to crochet a cupple of years ago so I've never had any help so I haven't graduated to sweater sweats yet. I did buy a pattern for a set that I am going to try this winter. I have more time to concentrate in the winter. Congrats on winning a ribbon it must have been a beautiful set. I am working on a baby blanket right now that is so beautiful but so easy. It's called snowflakes it does up so quick and is very easy two of my friends have used it for christening blankets when I've done them in white. PM me with your addy if you want and I'll send you a photo of one of the snowflake ones I've done and if you like it I'll e-mail you the pattern.
