I can resize any avatars except moving ones. I sized them to 100 by 100 and it still says they are too big..
any ideas they are avatars from gifworks.

Check the file size...

Animated gifs are a lot larger than a still pic, cause there are actually several different photos layered on top of each other, and rotate over and over... So if each image is 4 KB, an animated gif with only three layers will be 12 KB and well over the file size limit..

So search through the animated gifs, and discard any that are over 10.2 KB, or are too small when resisized to fit those specs..
