Regis sure got a kick out of that this morning.. I about fell off my chair laughing... And the "I feel like Schmidt" lines. And "I'm craving a Mercedes"... LOL

Fun show so far. Wow, Tony and KD's voices really do compliment each other!

The makeover is unbelievable! Even sent him to the dentist...

It is a funny show today. Loved the crack about marriage to the trivia caller. lol

So great that they fixed the makeover's teeth. Being from the Dental profession, I know how much just being able to smile without being self conscious can change a person's life. Hope they follow through on his lower teeth. He is a candidate for about thirty thousand dollars of work...especially in NY city. I know they won't spring for that...perhaps the Dentist is doing a freebie? Hope so.

LOL...

I forgot about the marriage crack.. Too many good lines to remember today.

That lamb shank stew looks wonderful! I especially love lamb shanks. They're almost impossible to get out here in the sticks, and the price of lamb has gone through the room, when I can even find it. (I know you're really interested in "that"..)

Nothing about BSW, that I noted. (But, lol, if I can miss the whole love scene on Ed, that doesn't mean much...) Tomorrow must be the big day.. Unless they taped something?? If that's the case, it might not air for a while..

My local supermarket has these great Australian rib lamb chops...you get three for about 2.75, and they are quite thick. We have it often now that I have tried those. I have always loved lamb, especially in greek dishes, but the hubby is another story. He will eat the chops. I just broil them after marinating in olive oil and seasoning for about an hour...then just plop a pat of butter on top. Yummy. I know the butter is not good, but what the hey?

Heading out to my son's Thanksgiving feast at school. They are going to feed all the morning Kindergarten kids a turkey dinner at 10:30. lol I am supposed to help them carry their trays. First off, its' way early, secondly I am sure when they see it smothered in gravy, they won't be interested. This should be fun. lol

I agree that Kelly was very funny today! The snort was hysterical! I love that she has him down so well, and isn't afraid to embarrass him. That to me is what host chat is all about. To me, that is giving him lots of material to come back at her with, which is what he wants.

Her salsa dancing thing was great too....I loved her line, you dance like a, a, an irishman. And when Gelman walked in front of the camera and Regis stood up in his chair, I love that stuff. Funny host chat.

I've been cooking lamb everyday for the last 3 months for our dog. I was suspecting a food allergy, so it's been lamb, lamb and more lamb. I don't ever think our kitchen will ever be rid of the odor. He's 140 lbs, so he eats alot! The good thing was a friend recommended a duck/potato dog food and it works really well. But now the big guy is so spoiled I still have to cook a little lamb to coat the kibble. I tried to wait him out, but he's stubborn so he had lost 8 pounds. So I gave in.

Oh, Seymour...

I feel your pain! (Can I come and eat with your dog??) Our Dane had problems when he was younger and I had to feed him chicken and rice... Cheaper than Lamb, at least. Think we would have had to start raising sheep. Hmmm... not a bad idea anyway.. Come to think..

Good luck with your dog. Has he shown any improvement on the diet?

I didn't realize how much improvement he had made until I switched back to his Eukeneba kibble. After two days, he was scratching his face again, so back to the duck/potato and of course his fresh lamb. He's better, but now he's finiky. (sp???) I don't think he'll ever be 100% itch-free, unless we moved to Alaska.
