Sick.... not sad.... would be the word you are looking for?
I am just waiting for the State of California (or should I say "COL-EE-FORN-NEE-AH" in honor of AH-NOLD) to take away his kids.
It's long overdue. Besides, those aren't his biological kids anyway.

I think Michael Jackson is sick, sick, sick!!! I think Nancy Grace made a good point while on Larry King last night....if the justice system had not allowed Jackson to buy his way out ten years ago, this would not have happened once again.

I agree Cassandra,he is just sick, sick, sick.Yes they should not have let him buy his way out 10 years ago.Hopefully this time that won't happen and Michael will be put in jail for a very long time.

it is sick, very sick--but what parent in their right mind would have their child anywhere near the Neverland Ranch?

I actually agree with you on something.
I feel so bad for those poor kids he adopted! How the hell are they going to be normal with the way they are raised by that thing?

This is a wonderful country to live in, but one of the biggest negatives is that OJ and MJ are walking free to enjoy all of the pleasures that money can buy them and that includes freedom.

I just read that he put up a website for "official" updates. For anyone interested, it is: SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMwww.mjnews.us/
Should be interesting to watch this unfold....I realize that we are in America, where everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but....let's just say they won't put me on this jury....

Well, I don't know about you guys, but I was so comforted by Elizabeth Taylor going on record to say that 'He's the most normal person I know'......good heavens. Perhaps she has the same plastic surgeon. Otherwise, I don't want to know the opinion of someone who's married 7 or 8 times, whatever it is. It would seem to me that other than his family members, the most prudent thing would be for others to keep their distance.

It's not going to make a difference what any kid or anyone else says. He is Michael Jackson with lots of green and he will walk away from this like he did 10 years ago. These type of people are put on a pedastal and they can do no wrong. It's a sick world we live in.

I for one wonder why the parents were not also arrested? It would seem to me that since there was a serious doubt as to if MJ did or did not molest children, the boys parents wouldn't have wanted their child there.
Since they not only let him be at MJ's house, but used one of his cars to deliver their children, took money for medical treatments, and God knows whatever, they are at least, guilty of Child Endangerment.
As for his kids, I think that Gloria Alred is doing her best to have them taken away.
By the way, the first two are supposed to be his biological children. I think that girl, Debbie, was paid to have them. Unless of course, I misunderstood that entire arrangement.
Just my opinion,
Sandy
You guys sound like a lynch mob.
What exactly is the evidence that all of you are convicting him on?
Or is it that he's a very strange person so, of course, he must be guilty?

Sandy they were talking about this last night on Larry King Live. Nancy, Jonny Cochran and another lawyer were saying that they cannot charge the parents with child endagerment. I don't understand the reason why they can't, they said something to the affect that the parents did not know that Michael Jackson could cause potentional harm to children. I understood the Debbie arrangement the way you do, there was an interview with her recently and she said that she did this because she knew Michael would be a great father and had no problem giving up custody because she has never wanted children.
JR, I do not know if he is guilty of molestation. The child and parents could be lying to extort money, or maybe children from the past ten years have been too afraid to come forward. But I do believe that he does not have a grasp on reality. He was charged of this ten years ago, but he did not change his behaviors. I'm not positive he is guilty, but my opinion of him is tainted. I
think the guy is crazy! IMO, it's bizarre for him to *want* to
have other people's kids sleep at his home, let alone IN his bedroom!
Michael seems to think that there's nothing wrong with
sleeping with children. He may really believe that. The guy is so
crazy that his perception of reality is distorted. He's proven
that again and again, IMO. I also think the parents are just as much to blame to let their children sleep with an adult.
(Monicauf)
He was charged of this ten years ago..
(J.R.)
Michael Jackson was never charged with any crime ten years ago.
(Cassandra)
..if the justice system had not allowed Jackson to buy his way out ten years ago...
(Judith)
..they should not have let him buy his way out 10 years ago.
(J.R.)
Legally, since the kid would not testify, the law had no recourse.

No,The parents really shouldn't have allowed MJ to buy his way out of it 10 years ago if they believed their son was really sexually abused. What did they do with all that money, hopefully donated it or burned it cause I could never have spent a dime of it....wouldn't even have taken it.

Not to be disenting, but Michael Jackson was charged with child molesting ten years ago. He was booked, finger printed, mug shot, and even had body pictures taken.
He was not prosecuted for it because the family settled with him and then the boy would not testify.
But he was definately charged with it.

From CNN:"Jackson gives a televised statement in December 1993 proclaiming his innocence in light of child molestation accusations against him. A multimillion-dollar settlement is reached the next year and no charges are filed."
Sandy,
Michael Jackson ws not criminally charged with child molestation 10 years ago. The charge was made in a civil suit. During that time, the police were investigating charges but he was not charged. Everything that he had to undergo, including the pictures of his SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM, was done via the civil trial. No criminal charges were ever pressed because the civil suit was settled out of court and the child/family refused to testify for the case the prosecution was trying to build.
If you watched the recent press conference by the Santa Barbara authorities, the DA himself said that the law was changed in California because of the problems in charging Jackson in '93.
Again, Jackson was never charged criminally.

Not criminally charged??? Well oh God, lets believe he is innocent then...please he is as guilty as they can be...If I had 10 million dollars and someone accused me of being a child molester and I was a world wide "King of Pop" I sure the hell would not "buy" off the parents just to settle it and get on with my life...See thats even more reason he is guilty..Last time they didnt charge him criminally well they sure did this time does'nt that make you think that the DA has evidence against him they feel strongly will convict him??? just asking and JR you are a idiot when it comes to this...

JR sorry about that I just feel really strong about this subject...and he sure didnt make a statement like he did 10 years ago when he was arrested did he..makes you think huh
I never thought I would ever defend J.R., but he is not saying MJ is not guilty.........nor was I.
All we were clarifying for Sandy is that he was never criminally charged.
As far as his presumed guilt, let's wait until all the evidence is in. MJ sure LOOKS guilty, but there is new information coming out every day.
At the least, he is guilty of stupidity for his comments and actions.
At worse, he is a serial pedophile and needs both time in prison and treatment.

Hmmm, let's see...he loves all kids, but when he has kids sleep in his bed it's just the boys 9 times out of 10...this has been confirmed and stated by numerous employees and children.......he has an alarm that sounds ONLY in his bedroom, (no where else, in case you think he is concerned for his safety),if you enter the hall leading to his bedroom....this has been confirmed by the man who was the head of his security for three years......He played the "Rubba" game with both accusers...don't know if that name was common knowledge, but if it never came out the first time, then it is quite the coincidence....all his "special" friendships seem to be with preadolescent males...hmmmm......his house is a virtual temptation pit for kids, hard to resist , and very nice in moderation, but more than just odd for a 45 year old father of three. It's a lair.
I could go on, but if this doesn't scream pedophile, then what does?...if someone like that lived in any one of our nieghborhoods, we would be on the phone to the police so fast.....just because he is rich and talented seems to excuse him to some. Oh he is just quirky and eccentric.....yeah right.

Rita, well said.
Thanks Kali.
I am not saying he is or isn't guilty. All I am saying is let's wait until all of the facts come out. I did go as far as to say he SEEMED guilty but, as a black woman, I have seen too many black men go to jail for crimes they did not commit. Evidence is key but even circumstancial evidence needs to be examined with a suspecting eye.

You know Rita, I don't even think of Micheal Jackson as a black man...he has become sort of an androgynous figure with no race to me. Odd, since he and I are the same age, and I had a huge crush on him when I was little. Had his posters all over my room...he doesn't even vaguely resemble that boy I loved...it's like he is some other being.
IMO he appears to act ashamed of his "color". I know he has a skin disease, but he has done everything he can to obliterate his african features, from his lips and nose to his hair, and his children are all surprisingly caucasian. He seems to gravitate towards white children and light skinned blacks and hispanic boys when choosing his playmates.
If he plays the race card it will be laughable.
