Wasn't it lobster tails you were cooking the other week? Well....I just read this and thought of you!!!
I snipped down the center of the tail to release the meat. I melted some butter and added garlic, lemon and Old Bay Seasoning to it then brushed a bit on lobster. Wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet. I baked it at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Be careful not
to use too much butter when basting because mine started to drip out and burn, caused some smoke in the kitchen. The lobster turned out fantastic though. Next time I will just dab a bit on and save the rest for dipping while eating.
