my daughter's father is a total loser. he does not support his daughter in any kind of way and i am sick of it. he feels he is being a good father because he may keep her once a month if i ask him 50 times. that is not right and i'm not going to put up with it any more. can you please help in any kind of way. he keeps his girlfriends son more than his own child.now that i have taken him to child support court he wants to ask for a dna test but the judge reminding him of the paper he signed stating he was the father. he requested to hire his own attorney to get around the form he signed he needs to be a man and take care of his child.
