Judy Crowell and Paul Deasy

Hi gang, I'm new to this. I've enjoyed reading all the other posts and wanted to know what everyone thought about Judy Crowell marrying former QVC host Paul Deasy and retiring. Also, about Pat James Dementri, when I saw her for the first time in a long time this Friday, I checked her photo in the Host Lounge with her face on air and it looks like her lips were pumped way up and was her nose done, too?

Hi MaggersNYC. I am also fairly new. I was very surprised that Judy married Paul Deasy. I was shocked to find out that she was married at all. It seems that they've been married since late August of last year. From what I've read, I think they had been seeing each other for quite a while before that. I still think there is more to the story of her leaving than just wanting to concentrate on voiceovers. If she has been doing this since she was 16 - I'm sure she would have concentrated on it exclusively before now. But, she was my favorite and it is not the same without her there. Like some of the others have said, I just can not get used to the new faces.

Yes, I agree that the new hosts just aren't like the old ones. And I agree that there's probably more to Judy's leaving than just voice overs. I wonder if she wants to be at home for her stepkids now, and maybe voice overs will allow her the time to do that. Though Judy never struck me and the warm and fuzzy type. I liked her, though. Who knows what the truth is, eh?

Hi Maggers. is this a cool site or what????!!!? today was my first post and everyone has been so welcoming and kind. like you, maggers, i had no idea of things going on. i just spent money blindly. i was equally stunned when i found out jill got married. again, who knew she was into that stuff. as for pat - i think she went to the joan rivers school of drawing that face back as far as you can - made her nostrils sort of point straight out. i'm looking forward to talking to people who know what i'm talking about. i feel like i've been living in qvc land all alone!

Thanks for the kind words. Is this site not the best! Yes yes yes, to find people who are as wrapped up with QVC as much as I am is an absolute delight.

So who can tell us what Pat James Dementri did? Did she have an accident? Did she change her face by choice? I actually wrote her an email asking if she had work done on her lips. We'll see if she answers.
