awfulplasticsurgery.com

This site is totally dedicated to pictures, documentation, speculation, message board, archives and "nominations" of celebrities who've had "work" done on their appearances. It's amazing. Can't vouch for their information, but it's certainly impressive. Fun, too!

The reason I included it here as a source was initially because of the speculation about Jessica Simpson (HAS had boob work more than once!) and more recently, Rocco DiSpirito. But just wait till you get there...

One of the things I found fascinating is the consensus about whose plastic surgery is the worst. Actually, I'd have it done on MYSELF to correct a couple of structural things that NEED it. And, I admit, some liposuction would be welcome, too!; BUT the extent to which some of the personalities are willing to go is almost unbelievable!!! One of the clinchers is when the photos are shown in succession on one page! (You notice the changes so much more when it's not little by little over time.) Seems that Mary Tyler Moore and Bruce Jenner are among the "worst". I noticed Mr. Jenner's bizarre look years ago and thought maybe it was MY EYES...not! What a shame for someone who's quite good-looking (no anomalies) to end up like a cartoon. When it's a matter of unskilled work by a lousy surgeon, then you can't fault the recipient, of course!!! But there ARE cases where the changes were never "enough".(But what a backfire can result!) Check it out...

Wow, I checked this site out--freaky, some of them. The one that I am most disappointed with is Marie Osmond. She RUINED her beauty! Thanks for the tip! You guys should check it out--amusing.

Interesting website, but photos can be deceiving. I was
stopped by policeman last wk. He asked to see my license--
picture is five years old. So he said, "You look great,
did you have work done?" I told him, "No, just a horrrible
picture." And I didn't get the ticket. More impressive,
is seeing old movies. Goldie Hawn looked more like her
daughter at her age. Thin lips, small chest. If there
were no risks, and no cost, I'd do things too. Those are
two big ifs. And I do--I buy cosmetics and clothes from
QVC, have my hair streaked, and watch my weight. But the
most important thing I learned from my mother, who looks
beautiful at 94, is to smile. Somehow, wrinkles, etc. aren't
as noticeable.

The pictures were absolutely frightening! What if you went in to have a little eye work done and ended up looking like Cruella de Osmond...oops, I mean, Cruella de Ville!

You know, am I am sure I am in the minority on this....I don't think Jaon Rivers looks that bad--it matches her personality, which I am not sayign to be insulting.

I think Joan Rivers can look a little harsh, but that is because of her eye make up and her hair style, not because of her surgery. She did a make over show with Melissa on Lifetime recently and she had much softer hair and less make up and she looked pretty good. (Of course she hated it and was going back to her normal make up and hair)

I agree about Marie Osmond.

I thought that she was absolutely gorgeous before. So why the hell would she want to do that to herself?

Its a shame.

I surprised that there is nothing about Melissa River's plastic surgery. She looks pretty good.
