View Full Version : Reagan Quote...
"In Washington, after 6, we're all friends"...
..Wonder if we could apply the same to this board?
Jinh
Yes, it would be nice, Jinh!
Yeah, it would be nice DKLA....but about as likely as when pigs fly...oh well, it was a thought..

I think most of us here could handle that, don't know about the Trolls though, lol.

Hey, if Carville and Mary Matalin can do it, surely we can... and we don't even have to sleep together! lol
(hope I didn't offend anyone, lol)
<<(hope I didn't offend anyone, lol)>>
LOL - Not me!
Oops - had to edit..

I have always thought that the two of them must have some interesting conversations at home.
You know they have great debates!!

I honestly think they don't ever talk about it at home. I get that impression even more so after reading her latest book.
kidding jinh? Why would v, g, l, scoops, susan, patty, and others want to be friends with somebody like you after the shitty way you've treated them day in and day out for years? If I were one of them I wouldn't give you the time of day, nevermind want to be your "friend".And for somebody who hates the republicans so much you sure do seem to be focused on Reagan. Get a grip, loser!

Get lost Troll!...yuk!

LOL... Lookie who's speaking for a whole bunch of people, who are more than capable of speaking for themselves...
And why, TROLL, would you lump Susan and Scoops into the mix with the others? Trying to polarize things even more? Go spread your nastiness elsewhere. And feel more than free to keep the time of day to yourself...
(That is one weird troll... Hmm... I wonder what grade she will be repeating next year?)
But speaking of Carville and Matalin, LOL, Hubby and I don't discuss politics, but we vote the same way... <grin>
But neither of us will discuss politics with his brother and SIL... They are Jesse Jackson Democrats, and I think we could come to blows if we did attempt a discussion... We just ignore their comments completely. Though It is a bit difficult to speak through clenched teeth... <even bigger grin>
;0))

I can only speak for myself, but I think Jinh is great...I consider myself a friend of hers. Yes, we have disagreed, but always respectfully. She has never treated me badly, and we have a nice relationship.

Jinh comes on here with a nice thought, and here come the "207" trolls to try to turn it into something ugly.
Thanks everyone : )!
Geez, didn't see that one coming - must be slipping in my old age...lol
For your information, you nasty troll, I happen to think Ronald Reagan was a wonderful man, even though I didn't agree with all of his policies - he was a very special person and did accomplish many great things - SO THERE! NAH! LOL

Ah, geez, Jinh...
Nothing anyone says here, anymore, gets past the self serving, self appointed, self agrandizing, censors who seem to have placed themselves above everyone else...
Wow, though... I was going through all the Reagan news bites with strong fortitude and teeth clenched... And then this big old guy on CBS news, quivered his chin... Ahh! I lost it! If he can't keep it together, how can I??
I like it, that Gorbachev will be participating... I always thought he got the short end of the stick... He was so very instrumental in the "happenings"... And he, for the good of his country, just faded into the background..
(Well that is how THIS old lady remembers it!)
