What Happended to the "QVC Hosts" BB?

Oh my...this BB used to be enjoyable and entertaining when everyone was friendly, when we all helped each other, everyone was free to express their opinion, and we discussed Q products/hosts. But, lately the flavor of this BB is so negative. I look at the thread topics and go visit elsewhere in cyberspace. It's really a shame that we all can't be adults, get along, and converse respectfully with each other. Life is too short for such childish behavior, i.e., degrading each other. Yes, I know I'll probably get thrashed for expressing my thoughts. Oh well, I hope everyone has a blessed evening anyway! MsCheryl

Oh Cheryl, they will reply (they, meaning Stel doodle and the rest of their little gang) that it is only trolls that post that way and that they, themselves are totally innocent victims of troll attacks. I guess they think we are all blind though because unfortunately for Stel, her posts speak for themselves that she is the root cause of much of the bullshit here

I couldn't agree with you more. We had a WONDERFUL afternoon here. It was GLORIOUS! Talked about products, hosts, etc. Then, it gets dark, and creatures crawl out of their holes and mix it up. I personally apologize to you for any posts I have done that you find troublesome. There is nothing that I enjoy more than having a nice afternoon like we did today. It was an incredibly cohesive group that communicated wonderfully. I hold my tongue when I am attacked constantly--every day. Sometimes something so imflammatory is said that I have to address it. I am sorry if it offends you. Not my intention--unlike others.

No thrashing needed--you are welcome to speak your piece--you did it respectfuly and positively and I couldn't agree with you more.

Cheryl, do you recognize the pretentiousness in Stel's post??!!!! Calling people creatures coming out of their holes???? ME thinks the girl doth protest too much. I think Stel is one insecure bitch who probably steps on bugs on purpose just to watch them die. I see evilness behind her fasade. Suprised noone else has yet.

I totally agree with your post!!! This board was sooooo different. The trolls have always existed but it seems like now one cannot differentiate between the trolls and the other members.

Take for example that thread by doggylover. You tell me who is more pathetic doggylover or the people who answered her thread? Ofourse the common excuse is: I respond, 'just for the fun of it' or 'just for a laugh'. I seem to be hearing those phrases A LOT on this board. And I say this with all respect but really ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Doggylover basically has been accused (and rightly so) of being a mental case so why even egg her on? For what purpose? For a laugh??? I just find that disgusting.

And that thread where one member says she has a crush on QVCdude was really unnecessary. Everyone is coming down on julimomof because of her foul language and all the mean things she says (and I totally understand that) but if the new people where to look back at some of the nasty things QVCdude has said in his posts about the QVC hostess they would be nauseated. I know I was when I first came to this board and read his post but hey there you go, all you ladies who 'like' him apparently overlooked this or aren't even aware of who you are communicating with. And I'm not starting anything with QVCdude I'm just stating the facts, like I said if you don't believe me just go back and look for yourselves.

And these threads where one member is asking for another member??? Are they really necessary when we have PM's.

So thanks MzCheryl for this thread, some things just have to be said.

I started the QVC Dude thread as a joke. Sorry if it offended you. I was not aware of anything offensive that he has posted. Please refer me to those threads so I can be enlightened. I would not engage in converstaion with someone who has said grossly offensive or foul things about another woman.

I can only say that most of what we say is in fun..
We have continually invited everyone to join in and help to save the BB and keep it a positive BB.

I understand that our personalities are not the same as the posters a few months ago....again I asked people to please come back and help us keep positive attitudes and thought alive...thus the joke five alive...

Everyone has a choice to either watch or lurk or do both.

Why didn't you join in and help... I really wasn't looking forward to another weekend of so much negativity.

This could be something really great..you could have joined in at any time....please feel free to take part. This is a public BB and we if you don't like how things are happening ....why didn't you join in at the time....you were invited and welcome ..after all you don't have to be invited this is a public board and everyone is welcome and that is how it should be ....sincerely...doodle
