QVC Bulletin Board?

Ok, am I way behind the times? I just went to iQVC - as I do about 20 times a day. I was looking for something to post to ask a question about a problem with a product. It gave "bulletin board" as an option...down near "meet the hosts" . I clicked on it and it's a chat place! It said there were 0 users....I didn't sign in....didn't want to play alone. But, has this always been there? Am I the only goofus that didn't know about this? (Doggy shut up unless you have amused2 with you) Has anyone used it?

Hi turtle, I've seen that on the Q site before and I've tried to check it out, but I've always gotten an error message. I gave up and came here instead, lucky for me. I've seen in old posts on here that the Q board is very restrictive and if you say anything negative, they'll remove it. :)

Turtle - the chat room has been there for some time! I have been there a couple of times - it's kind of different - and there were even a couple of lurkers, if you can imagine.

If there's nobody there - I guess somebody has to jump in and get the party started - or else, how does it ever happen?

I have jumped in by not paying attention to the options too - eeek!!

You have to type pretty fast - and the conversations are not very demanding - just fun and light-hearted.

It looks like there are 2 separate appications - the chat room and the bulletin board. I have never been able to get into either! Also, their 'live help' must be dead - no one is ever there to answer..

suzie - do you have a username and password? You have to have those before attempting to enter.

Everybody has to be registered - no unregistered lurkers on that BB!

I know some people have had trouble even getting on the BB in the first place. And again, the BB is having "technical difficulties".

I have used the 24 hour chat lots of times & I've always gotten an answer and help.

ya know, I have never been able to log onto the chat or bb. Can't even get thru the "new account" information...web page keeps looping over and over again, "just a second"..."just a second"...just a second". Glad to know I'm not the only one.

hmm.. I thought that by just having a QVC membership, I could get into the BB - I have to have a separate registration for that?

If it worked properly you could just select a user name and then enter you qvc number and pin and get into the board....
