Does everyone remember Joy's products? Does anyone have any? Last question: Have any of you seen her on HSN?

Ok, I'll fess up, I got the rolykit one year for a Christmas present and I used to covet the Piatto(sp?) bakery box. I also remember that mop infomercial she had w/Jane and Jane's teeth looked gray. Was that just my tv?

I saw her on HSN the other night. She has short (and I mean short) blonde hair. I almost didn't recognize her.

Joy babbles just like Susan Graver. I bought a "Rolykit" years ago and I love it. I've given them as gifts. I also bought her jewelry boxes that are kind of based on the Rolykit concept but much prettier. I refuse to buy anything from HSN anymore because their service is poor, the majority of what they sell is of questionable quality and they show the same items over and over ad nauseum.

Ah - another exQVC vendor I didn't miss. I also purchased the Rolykit - in fact several of them. While they are good, I think it was the concept that appealed to me more than anything else.

What I found annoying was hearing that she had 37 or so children and developed all of those 'wonderful' products, ran a super successful company, as a trapeze artist. And then I could never really see her since they slathered the camera lens with so much vaseline that she was a haze. Maybe that was why I thought she had such a smug look on her face.

And then she ended up on HSN. Justice.

Now I need to figure out why I'm so hostile toward her. Maybe it's because her twin Susan is still on.

Joy Mangano DOES NOT have short blonde hair. It's the same 80's style it's always been, long straight dark brown and some hideous really thick bangs. Whoever you thought you were watching with short blonde hair, YOU WERE WRONG.

I love her hangers and buy them when they are a ts. It's the only thing I buy on HSN with any frequency. LOVE them! The QVC copycat hanger just doesn't compare in price, not even close!

I bought the pillato box about 7 years ago and I don't think I've ever used it! Some people love theirs, but i could never get the handle on easily and the box is NOT airtight. I don't know why she goes on and on about keeping things stored in it. The stuff would get stale and i would have bugs.

Joy Mangano has long brown hair, but recently, there's been a woman with short blond hair who is a spokesperson for her products as well. She seems to come during the inbetween visits when Joy isn't launching new items.

Was never crazy about Joy, but I did love the rolykit. Still the best toolbox I ever owned. Didn't she also have the mop that you twist the handle on the wring it? Bought that--found it pretty useless.

I agree about Joy's "Miracle Mop" <--- I think that is what it was called. I was surprised that I didn't have the strength in my hands to wring it out. I had to toss it out. I have one of her jewelry boxes in black acrylic. Never saw the rolykit.

I always noticed that her hands looked really old and wrinkled.

She is most annoying. I can't stand to watch her, but I did buy her little vacuum cleaner and it works OK. I wonder if her clothes steamer works, sounds like a good alternative to ironing as I hate to iron.
