A bracelet-it's ok. I just called to ask if the watch the model had on, (next to the bracelet) is available, and I was told no. Now they are showing it. Customer service at QVC is going downhill very quickly.

Qvc should upgrade the clasp on the TSV.

Not sure about the bracelet. Pretty, but I don't know ... ALL those gems. It might be just too busy for me.

Anyway ... don't know if anyone has experienced this problem with a gem piece from qvc or have any advice but here's my gem tsv experience:
About 5 years ago, QVC had these beautiful, sparkly fireball gem pendents. Beautiful! Very eye catching! I bought a blue topaz pendant and it was something else. Anyway, I've tried EVERYTHING to get that piece to twinkle and shine the way it did for about 9 months, but NO LUCK. It is so dull looking.

Anyway a couple of questions for you gem experts:
1. Does this happen to all QVC gems that fast? Do they buy infereior gems or is this true of most gems?
2. What have you used to get your gems sparkling? 0r do some just lose their luster fast and are just hopeless?
