I was thinking of trying Dr. Denese's discovery kit, and wanted to know if anyone has tried her products. She has beautiful skin, and I am very tempted to order everytime she is on. However, her full size products are pretty expensive, so I would like to get opinions first. Thanks!

Used it not a bad line . Love the daily moisturizer with zinc. Think it is in that kit. Get better results if you try to glycolic pads with it. Like Dr Brandt better though. I still use that beige colored daily moisturizer of hers

Everyone raves about those exfoliating facial firming pads she sells. Anyone see a difference in their skin if you have used them?

I like the vitamin c radiance cream-but the rest of her products were too harsh for my skin. If you have oily skin, I think you would like her products.

I do have combination normal/oily skin now . Used to be really dry. Started using Dr Denese 2 yrs ago last January. At the time my skin just drank up the hydroseal moisturizer. A month passed I started adding the glycolic pads and my skin changed. Now the hydroseal would break me out if I used it because it's too oily. I switched this past Christmas to NV Perricone. Got that kit for Christmas. That nearly burned my face off. Over time I got used to it. My skin now is more like it was when I was in my teens and early 20's. Normal with an oily t zone seems like all these products over time start to stimulate your natural oil production. They all work if they require you to exfoliate your skin in some way. Although I don't use many of her products now I started to really see a change in my skin using her products. May just be that I started spending a little time on myself. Whatever the reason wouldn't change my skin now. Since that first little Dr Denese kit I have become the queen of skin care kits. I am a sucker for them. Won't even try a new brand unless they offer one.

The fastest way to see a real change in your skin is to use the Philosophy peel called The Great One. I am addicted to that peel. Also called the resurface kit. Worth the money even if she does keep raising the price.

The vit. c radiance cream is the best. I wasn't using it properly until I heard Dr. Denese say to use it as a makeup primer...and boy did that make a difference. The cream glides on your face, your makeup (I use BE) goes on very smoothly too. I don't like her cleanser. It doesn't really lather and doesn't remove makeup that well. I think Philosophy's Purity cleanser is great - plus it smells good. I do like Dr. Denese microdermabrasion cream as well as the hydroserum. All of her serums are good but it's annoying to have to put on five serums and then let them all dry in between their applications....it can take you twenty min. to get your skincare regime done!
