Who order TSV?

I know most of you do not seem to be a fan of Koos, but I thought his TSV for today is very modern and stylish. I ordered it in the black with the mesh shirt to go with it. I am hoping that I won't be disappointed... this is my first piece of Koos fashion.

I am thinking about the mesh shirt in blue. I love animal print and the royal is different. Don't own any Koos. Ordered one time and sent the whole thing back . Didn't like a single piece of it.

Sorry people, I cannot stand the man or his clothes. What's with the leather apron and those glasses? He makes my stomach churn. On other posts, people have heard him put down some of the hosts and models who were fuller figured. The nerve of him...has he looked in the mirror? I personally have seen him be touchy feely with the models. YUCK.

I don't like him or his fashions either. He looks like a shoe cobbler in that apron. LOL

I saw him once without the apron. The site of him sitting on the stool was NOT pretty. He looked like Humpty Dumpty. He needs the apron because it covers a multitude of sins. But my question is, why is it so LONG? Fingertip length would be sufficient.

I watched him last night as they introduced the TSV, and after Krista "did a little dance", he said bluntly "that was weird" ... I laughed out loud!
He barked at her once for talking to someone off screen, and her come back was like a little girl ... I wonder if these hosts are a bit scared of him.
I can't figure him out ... is he really that gruff, or is he just teasing?!?

I liked the TSV, too, but I don't think I could carry it off. He had some strange combos last night -- the pinstripe blazer with the floral pants was "too much" for me. But that is his style. I did like those animal print (was it mesh) shirts that went with the TSV. And I think it would be fun to have a Koos t-shirt! But, I didn't want to spend almost $30 for it.
As for Koos, I think he is just teasing with the hosts. It is kind of his thing to be a direct and somewhat gruff. As for his size, he made fun of himself last night! A woman called in and said she liked his clothes; that they fit her well because she was "short and dumpy." He said something like "yah, we are good at short and dumpy" and pointed to himself! I though Christa did a good job of handling him last night.

I agree ... Krista kept up with him ... it was a funny show!

I thought they had a pretty good rapport.
I know he's lost some weight over the last year or two, and loves it when anyone notices.
I ordered the TSV in black, as I thought it wouldn't be as bold and attention-getting as the brown (I hope). I also got the brown striped jacket that was shown with the flowered pants, plus the reversible jacket that is red on one side. I'm going to wear the brown jkt with Citiknits or Chico's Traveler's brown tank and pants. I did shoot my wad, plus bought some of Joan River's things!
His stuff isn't so bad, if you don't wear all of the pieces together. Then it's overkill. I have the reversible animal print jacket they showed in the black, along with the striped animal shirt and really like it. I took it on my trip to Europe that I just returned from and wore it on the plane both ways.

I think Koos is just a strange grumpy old man. I think Krista is great with him. I don't think she's afraid of him. I think she ignores him a lot . I'll bet the hosts and the models have a good laugh at his expense when he is gone. Several months ago he was on with Lisa Roberts and had a fit because they brought out crab cakes they were selling in the next hour. Told them to get that stinking fish away from him before they got it on the clothes. Iris came out modeling the next item eating crab cakes. He said nothing. Dont think he knew what to say. I like that silk animal print jacket too. I have looked at it for a long time on line. I can never decide what color to get. They sold out last night. If I get it I'll have to wait until it comes back in. Right now I am just looking it all over probably won't buy anything today . I have noticed on the Koos stuff they always get it back in stock very quickly if it is a good seller.

He's on with Patti now and it looked like he was trying to cop a feel when he hugged her.

Missed it sunshine but it wouldn't suprise me at all. Watching it now . Interesting when he went to hug her as he was leaving, the camera men were off the 2 of them pretty quickly. Think what you saw was accurate.

Couldnt help myself. I bout the whole outfit. Koos is obnoxious but I tell myself he has a staff who designs his stuff for the Q. Makes it ok when I buy it. I do get a lot of compliments when I wear his designs. But I live in Colorado where differnt is the style.

Wish I had bought the animal print top. That top is so gone. Gaultier has put out a similar top for about $500. Just saw it at Saks. Creep or not some of his stuff is pretty good.

Sorry queen should have clarified this in my last post. There is no waitlist and the item has been completely pulled off line right now. Think it is really gone for a few months anyway. Happens sometimes. I bought a blazer from Eric Gaskins in the fall show last yr and really loved it. I wanted to get my sister one for Christmas. They still don't have the jacket back in stock after a year. Probably never will again. Still love it too was an awesome buy.

I will say it again. Koos has the most sophisticated
well made clothes on the Q. And I come from a family
of tailors. He says, "It is not for every woman." I
have many of his pieces--4 jackets,a vest (3 reversible)
a big shirt and a jumper. I've been stopped on the steet
in Boston, Toronto and London and asked where I bought
these clothes. Nothing from the Q has ever elicited such
response. I ordered the jacket in black. Warning: MANY
of his items NEVER appear again. I called his shop in
N.Y.C. and they told me they simply can't get many of
the small pieces needed to produce quantities in the
amounts needed for QVC. As for his manner, he's simply
not made for television--he's a Dior trained designer
who has no idea how to be a media person. I thought he
was great with Christa. And he is trying. His biography
is pretty awful. He lived in Holland during the holocaust--
where people were shot in the streets and starved to death.
I saw him after 9/11 and he had tears in his eyes. And
when my schoolteacher niece stopped in his shop on Madison
Ave. the women working there gave her a bag full of
gorgeous buttons--she mentioned she collected buttons.
No comment on his groping the hosts--I suspect your on the
wrong wave-length.

Lancaster, I totally agree with you.
Koos is a talented designer, but he isn't an effective sales person.
