OH, OH, a stone fell out of a ring I bought about 2 mos ago.. of course its a cz set in 14k gold, so its not a throwaway...what do you think my chances are when i call cust. svc.?????ill keep you posted

Well, good luck with their 'customer service'! Their jewelry is such garbage. Of all the stuff I've had my entire life, only pieces from hsn have fallen apart. I probably have 3 rings I actually KEPT from hsn (there were DOZENS I returned before figuring out that it was all crap & stopped ordering from them!) and the stones fell out of all of them. And the thing is - I'm totally NOT hard on my jewelry! I take very good care of my jewelry.

I'd call them and give it a try. If it was one of their cz pieces you'd think they would either fix or replace it if they want to keep your business. Those stones can't be worth much money AT ALL!

Customer Service doesn't exist at HSN. They are the stoooopidest bunch of illiterates I have ever dealt with anywhere. They don't know the meaning of polite...or the customer is always right. They are rude, obnoxious, uninformed...I could go on and on and on and on!
