I heard Pat say at the start of the morning show that only half the bracelets QVC had as today's special value passed quality control. Does this sound like organization to you? Wouldn't you think that an operation as big as the Q would have everything inspected and in hand before posting it as a TSV???? Do they always inspect expensive items at the last minute? Whazup?

Sounds just like another lame sales tactic to me!

Jacque Gonzalez said that at the opening of the TSV last night as well. Pretty sad if it doesn't sell out ... right?!?

The tanzanite stones are totally washed out, but still pretty. I'm not a huge pink girl, but the pink sapphire is pretty too. I'd say go for it if you are a pastel fan!

But the price!! That is too expersive for such tiny washed out stones. It looks like it is set in silver/ No thanks.

You are paying for the gold, NOT the stones!

I have to agree with Beekeeper: the tanzanites in today's TSV bracelet are SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMal grade, not gem quality. Even if we'd be paying for the gold, it's still too much. The tanzanites are inferior, imho.

What a piece of dreck! Yuk! I would NOT advertise the fact that half of the shipment was rejected. That is not something to be proud of. What kind of vendor would send 50% crap and 50% not-quite-crap? If that was me - the ENTIRE lot goes back, at the vendor's expense. No questions asked. And they have the brass nuts to send a 'returned too much letter'? Yeah, whatever!

To Lopie - Ah, the only thing that will make my spine tingle and my toes curl in the morning IS NOT sold on QVC.

I love OTOs they are often better than the TSV.

Can't believe it is after 11:30 p.m. and they still have the TSV.
Years ago I bought a tanzanite bracelet in yellow gold from QVC
which I still have and enjoy. I also have a tanzanite cross and ring. I did buy something today. Saw it back in July (printed out the picture) and told myself that would be the ring I would order for Christmas this year for me from my husband. When I turned on the tv today they were giving a preview and said that introductory price would go up at the end of the hour. I thought that is my ring and I ran upstairs and used my easy pay upon request and ordered it before it was shown. It was the ruby and diamond accent ring J05319. I think it is beautiful.

Congratulations. Making a purchase you have waited so long for is so much fun!

carlinagrl, you will love that ruby ring. My husband got it for me, and it's a stunning one. The ruby is bigger than I thought and it's very classy overall.

Thanks QVC Cat, I think I will. That is why I ran to the phone as soon as I saw it. I am glad you love yours. You make me even more excited to see. I can't wait.

QVC Queen, you are so right. Once there was an Affinity 3/4 ct tw
ring I wanted a few years back. When I finally did order it, even though the introductory price had gone away, and my husband said to order it anyway, I was thrilled with it.

Pretty ring carlinagrl! You'll have to let us know how you like it! I think the red stone looks FANTASTIC against the white gold! :-)

I have one Affinity piece, and so far ... SO GOOD! I bought J05900, and paired it up with J04833. They are both 1/8" wide, so they stack up nicely. I get compliments everywhere I go ... including the girls at Cartier and Tiffany! hehe ... I love it! If they only knew what I paid for the pair!

I wear these on my right hand ring finger ... If anybody ever wondered about the silk fit ... DO IT! They are so comfortable!!!

NOW, I'm thinking about getting J00248 and putting it along side the others, but I'm not sure what to think about titanium. Anybody have any thoughts?!? It's only $45, so it's no biggie ... but if I can save a trip to the post office if I have to return it, I'd be a happy girl!

Beekeeper-those rings are WOW!! Which color 14K? Those would look really good with the tri-color 14K four season pendant (auto-delivery) I just received from the Klondike gold rush. I have always been a yellow gold person before QVC! Then I began buying sterling, white gold and epiphany. I haven't yet tried titanium!

I am excited about the ruby ring, especially since my next pendant will be the snowflake in white gold, and . . . . since I am so disappointed with the wheat necklace I ordered from the Klondike gold rush that I think I will probably return. I don't want to. I love wheat links. I have another wheat necklace from QVC that wasn't so bold which I love and bracelets and an ankle bracelet in the wheat link. But the one I just got keeps flipping. Did anyone else buy the wheat necklace J07652? I wonder if I exchange it. . if
another one would do the same?

I looked at J-00248. I like it's simple and strong design. The price is right, so I say go for it. It's SO easy to spend other people's money. Didn't they just have a TSV that was similar, in rose, white and yellow gold?

By the way where is Lopie. Seems like I remember her saying she was going to absent for a while???

Carlinagrl ... my wedding set (the one I wear most often anyway) is white gold, so I did the white gold in these rings.

Was the wheat necklace you bought the one that Mary Beth wore all night, and was on 5 easy pays with free shipping? I swear I heard both her and Lisa R say that it wouldn't flip around ... grrr ... I hate that!

Puddy, the ring I have was the TSV you were talking about ... I love it ... just enough sparkle to catch the eye, yet still be complimentary to the affinity ring. I can't say enough about the silk fit either ... SO comfortable!!!

Yes we do miss Lopie and her giving us the update on the TSV. . . along with her comments!

Yes, Beekeeper, that is the wheat necklace Mary Beth had on air that day. She probably had on the 18", I selected the 20". It is similar to a graduated byzantine necklace I've owned for years and enjoyed. The length of that one is 19", and I don't have any problem with it flipping. I again wore the wheat necklace to the office this morning and was there less than an hour and as soon as I came home could see through the glass in the door it had already flipped. I have worn it just on skin and I did really buy the length for turtlenecks and sweaters so maybe I will try it on a sweater, but then again I am not sure even then I should keep it.

As I said before I was always a yellow gold person, but I have now bought several white gold pieces. I do like diamond and diamonique rings in the white gold, maybe even better than yellow gold. I keep trying to find some 1 1/2" white gold hoops that I like. I ordered a pair of 1 1/2" diamond cut white gold hoops from QVC but they are more delicate than I like. I need them to be approximately 1/8".

Enjoy your rings. I really love that Affinity one in the white gold!!
Can't wait to get my ruby ring. My daughter-in-law bought a beautiful ring last year for her birthday. J85464 Tanzanite. She wears it every day.
