Shannon with Wolfgang Puck

Did anyone see Shannon with Wolfgang last week, I for one thinks she insults the intellegance of all of us that watch. She is always bragging about her house and her state of the art kitchen. She was selling a microwave and convection oven of Wolfgangs when she says, "You guys, I spent thousands to put a convection oven in my new kitchen, and with this oven, honestly, your getting a better oven, mine for thousands doesnt have a pizza setting. I was going to put a brick pizza oven in my backyard because I didnt have a pizza setting.

Come on, I dont know about you but to me that is insulting. If the Wolfgang Puck Oven is so wonderful, why didnt she save herself thousands and just buy it.

I think some of these hosts need to think before they speak, and Shannon is one of them.

I think she kisses Wolf's butt a little. I am sooo sick of "this is the best chef in the world and he's so wonderful!" I would not be surprised that she said it; I've heard her new kitchen comments before. It kills me when they say that oven is multifunctional with a pizza, broil, and bake function. What oven doesn't do that? I heard her say that she has almost 4000 square feet of hardwood floors in her house when selling a steam cleaner, and I thought, "what does someone who lives alone need 4000 square feet for?"

Then of course the reason she is alone. She is attractive, but wears pant suits all the time. She is nice, but isn't that bright and she could drive a good man nuts in no time at all.

I think you have to remember that they have to kiss up and act like they're selling people the greatest things of all-time, since most of what they sell can be bought at Wal-Mart or an online store for a better price. She wants you to buy, so of course she'll say dopey things like the little oven on TV is better than her $4000 oven at home. It makes people think they're getting some great deal. Salesmanship.
