Tova 's attitude

Was it just me or did Tova act rude to Patti Reilly the other day on her show? She seemed to be cutting her off and barely answering her. I am not a big Patti fan but, I thought she was doing a good job trying to sell and Tova was interrupting her and when Patti was trying to join in, Tova seemed indifferent. Maybe I was reading too much into it but Patti was probably not the host that Tova thought was worthy enough to sell her wares....

Trust me, Patti is not Tova's first choice for a host! She favors Dave King (you should have seen them early in the a.m., oy!) and David Venable. Women hosts would be both Lisa's and Mary Beth.

I wathced the show and I didn't notice.

I have always considered Tova Borgnine to be a Lady to her fingertips ~~~ UNTIL NOW !!! I am no Patti fan, but for Tova to diss another human being, ON NATIONAL TV yet, just goes beyond belief. I am never buying anything Tova ever again, either on the Q or on ebay, and I am throwing out what remains, man-magnet notwithstanding ~~~ THAT'S how grossed-out I am at Tova. The Q, of course, will not reprimand her as she and her products are such cash-cows. I really feel badly for Patti, and may even email her with my sympathies. I also take back every complimentary thing I have previously said about Tova Signature Fragrance. From now on, Tova and all of her fragrances STINK.

Tova is a woman that prefers to be around men, not other women. I think she's attractive and takes very good care of herself. She needs to be more friendly when she's with a female host. We are supposed to be buying her stuff so we are attractive to MEN, not her!! Can't she fake it???

Yes, she IS attractive and does take exceptionally good care of herself. My beef with her is her disrespect of another person, sone so publicly. So, I prefer the company of men too, but I am NOT rude to women as a result. Tova was rude to Patti. With all of her background and experience, YES, she could have, and Should Have, faked it !! Good point, puddy !! But she did NOT fake it, and THAT is why I am so pissed at her.

Boy am I sorry I missed that show! I never seem to be watching when the good stuff is on.

I've seen a lot of Tova shows and never noticed that she was being anything but gracious. Guess I was napping.

Tova is not accustomed to having people speak OVER her. Patti does it to everyone. Maybe Tova was just sick of it.

I saw it. I just thought it was Tova being her usual self of liking to hear herself talk. She thinks that she is the only one who needs to talk about the product and how dare anyone else try to get a word in while she is doing her job. Another example of arrogance on camera.

Ok, N/A - I'm almost as astute as you are - here goes...The Battle of the Bitchy, Bossy Old Women: Tova and Diane Young fight to the death (in lime Jello, of course) to see which one can out-talk and over-talk the other! Whaddya think?
