Does anyone else do this? You are watching and watching and you aren't really sure if you need it or want it so you call and do the send check option so you have a few days to think about it? I was wondering if my family was the only that does. It even gets more exciting if the item sells out. Then we feel like we got something really special. (oh, the TSV's we have returned because of this "Sickness"). I am sure some deep psychological study needs to be done on my family with this game! Although, we do cancel the order when we decide we don't need it, welll want it. Jewels and make up are always NEEDS! lol

My account has been cancelled by QVC and according to the so called customer service folks it was for too many returns and cancellations and some non receipts. They are supposed to send me a 'certified letter' to explain the cancellation of my account, but nothing yet? I am saving a lot of money these days, however the auto-deliveries I like will stop and the creeps are still sending me the Insider which I can't use. Good luck.
Soon they will get to you and cancel you too!

Sometimes I wish they would cancel me! Then I would save lots of money, have more counter space in my bathroom, and not wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat needing to order something! LOL.

I always cancel the order when I decided I don't need it.

HSN did cancel my account, I ordered twice from them. Both times the items were defective and I returned them. They sent me that nastygram that said I apparently am not a good judge of quality and should cease doing business with them. Ok, chowderheads, twist my arm!

How did you do your cancellations? Were they on check status
first or did you cancel before it was processed. Also,
what do you mean by nonreceipts? Were you returning
things without receipts? I put almost everything on check
status first so I won't do impulse shopping. After ten
days the order is automatically cancelled.

Non receipts, I did not receive the packages that they sent out? I waited 10 days and called them at QVC. I cancelled the items I didn't want on order status on the computer before the item was processed and shipped and when the computer gave you a chance to cancel. I never ordered with the check option because I put everything on the q card. I never tried the check route. I had been a customer since 1988, but in the old days the items arrived when they sent them out and were better quality. I must have returned 75% in the last 2 years due to junky merchandise and they dumped me. I have never been cancelled/dumped before......wow!

That happened to my friend. She would call and place the order and then would decide whether she needed it--then would cancel it on the computer. She was bumped, but she uses her cell phone # and a different web address plus uses her middle name and there she goes again. Same mailing address--same credit card, but she's -b a c k -
lol

Smarty,
At first I was MAD and then it felt good not buying. After 17 years of purchasing, I don't need a thing and not buying is quite pleasant. I watch some shows but have lost interest since they hired new hosts that I don't relate to. I think I sent so much back because it was plain ole crap. It looked good on TV and the hosts sold me on it, impulse buying. No, I don't want a new account. I like not getting Q card bills.

I have been on probation with Qvc three times and I am sure I will be out soon....Don't they understand that we take more of a hit than they do? They pressure us into buying before something sells out. We pay interest on our Q card and pay shipping to return. But, they still claim that they stand behind their no hassle money back guarantee. I have found ebay and if I get my chain yanked from Qvc, I will find their items on ebay much lower. I will pay cash there and my q card can simma down nah........(SNL)
