IntelliChef question

Hi, I'm new to this Board. I found it a few weeks ago and lurked until now. I tried to post earlier, but I don't know if it worked, so I apologize if I post twice.

Did anyone buy the IntelliChef TSV? My mom did and she's a little confused on how to use it. Has anyone else tried it? Thanks. This is a great board.
