LAX......Am I wasting my time

talking about this show on NBC which is up against LOST?
I'll assume since I'm one of only three males in this jungle, any comments about the lovely Heather Locklear will go ignored.

But here's an idea. Maybe we can start talking about how thin she is, or work she's had done, or anything else somebody out there surely hates about her? Wouldn't a Kelly diversion be a good thing?
Besides, I think Heather is a babe.

I have seen one whole show, and bit's and pieces of a couple of others noname.

I thought the show was predictable on one hand, and totally out in left field on the other hand. Did you see the one with the bungling baggage handlers chasing the dog? yikes. lol

Heather still looks darn good,(I can see why a guy might tune in) but also looks like she has had some work. But then again, they all do these days......both Nicollete Larson (new boobs), and Teri Hatcher look pulled tight around the eyes....only mentioning them, because we haven't seen them for a bit, so the changes are noticable.

Saw a picture of Melissa Rivers the other day....looks like she is following in Mom's footsteps..........and she had a youthful looking face, imo.....didn't need to do anything yet.

I kinda liked it in a campy sort of way... The characters are fun, if you suspend belief, LOL...

But since they moved it, Sorry! I don't even know what's on after SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM now, so I must not be watching the replacement...

I finally got around to Desperate Housewives and Boston Legal last night... What a great evening, Lost, followed by the other two...

PK, I only saw Boston Legal once, but I agree.....great show.....even better than Housewives.........Shatner and Spader are definitely going to be nominated for Emmys........ I like Housewives because I enjoy having a new nightime soap again.......I think the last one I watched faithfully was Knots Landing.

As long as you are "there" anyway, why not... It looks as if they run Housewives just a tad long - the same as they do with Lost...

Loved the last Housewives... When the mother of the "twins" got even with the "bitchy one". I like that character...

Are those the same twins that were in Cheaper by the Dozen? It certainly looked like it...

I watched a little of Lax last night since it was on right before West Wing, and was not impressed. But Heather is gorgeous!!

Scoops- I used to watch Knots faithfully- loved that show! I thought Nicolette's last name is Sheridan?

I love Desperate Housewives- but is it a soap opera or comedy? For me it is more of a comedy because I find myself laughing quite a bit, I agree great show!!!!

I watched LAX for the first (and probably last--lol) time last night and I didn't think it was that bad!! Probably because the critics have been panning it so much I expected it to be really terrible. The writing isn't the greatest but I thought the actors did a really good job. There are certainly much worse shows on TV <wink>.

I have always liked Heather L. Her "q" factor has to be through the roof. I don't think she has had any work done, but could be wrong.

I agree with you about Teri H. and Nicolette S.--what have they done to their eyes??????????? Especially Teri--so used to be so attractive but now doesn't look so great. Too bad.

And I don't know if Nicolette is especially big or Eva L. is tiny, but when you see pics of them together it's almost comical!!!!!

Now that must have popped out of nowhere!.....I have a beautiful cd of lullabies that she did "Sleep Baby Sleep"......wow, haven't listened to it in years. I think it came out in 94 or 95.....well, it's a nice gift if you know anyone having a baby.....she does duets with Graham Nash and David Crosby....and I think Linda Ronstadt.......it is truly beautiful listening for both baby and mom.

Hi Lisa....maybe it isn't real work that Heather had done....just botox, and collagen in the upper lip area....the first show of the season, she looked like a platypuss from side view.

They really should wait for that stuff to go down a bit before they film.

Wow--the way the critics were massacring (sp) it, I thought LAX would be much lower that that--in the 70s or 80s. I think it's been cancelled already, or it's on it's last leg......

I do remember the big lips at the beginning of the season when Heather was doing some "press", Scoops, you are right.

I'm so bummed about Less than Perfect...it was doing so well on Tuesday nights ratings wise and now they put it in the TGIF lineup AKA the pits :( ... I really they don't cancel it like they did with Life with Bonnie...she used to be on Tuesday nights, then she got pushed to Fridays and thats when she got the ax...I miss Bonnie too!! LOL
