Did anyone receive a card with 2 easy pay offers? My mother got one today, I havent received it as of yet. I purchase even more from QVC than my mom does, although I return alot, so we'll see. The offer is actually quite good- I think she said it's a 4 installment deal.

Yeah, I got it. I'd rather they give us a percentage off an item, or free S&H for a day, or something like that, though!! I never remember the easy pay on request offers....

We didn't get the annual Thanksgiving Card yet; however we did receive a QCard Privacy Statement which also included an offer (paper insert) for Easy Pay on Request. The offer is: "To use Easy Pay on Request witha QCard purchase choose any item of $50 or more*" The offer is valid now through December 31, 2004.

We also usually get the annual Birthday card/offer but never received that.

If you didn't get your Thanksgiving card yet but want to use the easy pay offer just go to www.qvc.com/thanksgiving and log in.

I have to agree with ladybug. If QVC really wants to "give" in the true spirit of Thanksgiving, why don't they offer us a couple of free S&H rather than easy-pay? They should be thankful that we're out here supporting their multi-million dollar business. Two or three offers of free S&H won't cut into their profit margin all that much. By the way, did anyone see that starting next week, there will be specials during their birthday celebration? I'm always disappointed that they rarely offer the really good stuff on a free S&H, or as a special "birthday price". Hope I'm wrong this time, but I think not.

I tried it and was told I wasn't eliglible. I used to
get those cards every year but the last one I got was
just a card with no offer. Maybe too many returns.

I thought I read somewhere that QVC is going to offer FREE S&H on their TSV's during their birthday week - has anyone else heard this yet?

Yes, free shipping on all TSV's according to the Birthday Week ad.

1st time in three or four years that I haven't got one. Guess I didn't spend my usual $5000 a year....

I did get a card and the Easy Pay offer I'll never use. I am really happy to hear about the free shipping. The high shipping is the worst thing about QVC. It is good to know they are offering something that acctually benefits the customer, not themselves.

I received the Thanksgiving card today which allows 4 ez payments on a $50 plus item and guess what I can't use it since then cancelled my membership. Wasn't that nice of them to send the pretty card with all the hosts signatures?

I received one also. My gives me a 4 month easy pay on request for any one item between now through 12/31/04. After that, it says I can use it again between 1/1/05 and 1/31/05. Pretty cool. I might just use it.

I got the card but the last couple I have gotten have come right before my threat to cancel my membership for too many returns letter...I have slipped again so they may do it this time. I have never heard of anyone actually getting cancelled. I have been on probation three times. They keep track of your returns percentage vs. items ordered. I have cut way back on ordering but I still have returned a lot. I think I could survive without the Q now. I have found ebay and a lot of the Q stuff ends up there. Ha....

Does that mean I would be a "Born Again Shopper"?

This is the first year since QVC started sending out the Thanksgiving cards that I didn't receive one. Guess I, too, didn't order as much as they would have liked. I've also sent some e-mails critical of their operation; so I guess they nixed my card. No big deal. I don't shop with QVC as much as I once did. I've become a lot more selective. The Q, sadly, just isn't what it once was.

How do you find this Web Site to use your card? I'm having trouble.

Annette52 - I was able to get to it at <QVC.com/Thanksgiving>. A screen says "SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM Activation" and there you sign in. After that just choose item (over $50-) and the 4 pay kicks in at the end of process. I didn't buy anything but the trial run worked. Good luck and welcome!

QVC is SO damn cheap!!!! Every year, the Thanksgiving card has been a REAL card (a Hallmark to boot!). This year, I guess due to their self-imposed austerity program, the powers that be decided to send the card via e-mail. Sometimes, even the internet is too casual for certain greetings and it should just be done the old fashioned way.

The 'offer' is no big whoop, either!

One the other hand...if anyone remembers last year's card, there were a few hosts the signed it that were not working at QVC when Thanksgiving rolled around! Good times, good times.

Puddy, I got my Hallmark Thanksgiving card from QVC this year, had a big FAT turkey on the front and looks like everyone signed it. Where is your card??? Didn't you get one this year? What is up with that?

puddy

Well, well, well. I will have to wait and see! I thought the e-mail was 'it'. I should get one and so should my Mom. She buys more than I do!!

The Q is awfully slow this year getting their cards out tsk tsk tsk. I just got mine on Tuesday so I am sure yours is coming.

Well, they had better be snappy. And include some over-priced food product to placate me!

Congrats on getting your card, Garnet. Will you be using it? If so, do tell - on what?

I got the email with the turkey and offering the easy pay. This is the first year I haven't gotten the card. I heard some lady this morning (she had a thick accent) thank Pat James Dementri profusely for signing her card, and for all the hosts taking the time to sign her card. Gag me with a spoon! She couldn't have been that naive! I've not bought as much this year as previous years, but I think sending a card to some and email to others is tacky. I never used that easy pay thingy anyway, always forgot about it.

I got a real card this week too! Don't have a clue what I might use it for..hopefully I won't forget it. LOL

I received the Hallmark card and EP offer. Made me laugh to see the card was "especially created for QVC" as are so many products.

I know it is my own personal deal but easy-pay scares me as much as not paying the entire balance on my credit card(s) each month. I'd feel like I am spending money I don't have or possibly more than I should. I know I am 'uber' conservative with my finances and should probably just relax about such things but I don't see that ever happening.

Didn't this site just blow it for us who rec'd the easy-pay card? I can't get to the QVC site & I have a card!

You can't use that easypay card online. You have to talk to a rep. When I order online I like to go through Upromise so I get a tiny bit back for my granddaughter. But I couldn't do it with the card. Kind of a bummer.
