Has anyone tried this kit from QVC? It is a french manicure kit and it was shown on AM Style this morning. I have seen it before and it looks easy, but does it really work??? If you tried it, I would love to know what you think.

I have this and I like the French manicure pen very much. It stays on pretty well but you can carry the pen in your purse in case you do need a quick touch up. I wasn't crazy about the polishes that came with it, though. I'm thinking about emailing QVC to see if they will sell the pen separately.

I like the kit, but I am still trying to draw a straight line with it. Prefer it for toes, since you don't have to be quite as precise.

Yeah i'm sure it's hard at first.

But you'll get it down eventually.

Try using scotch tape over your nails, only exposing the tips. Then fill in the tip with polish. When you peel the tape away, you should have a straight line.

Yeah That's a good idea.

I saw it being demonstrated and even the person doing the demonstration did a sloppy job. It looked awful.

I saw it and it scared me. I really don't think I'd ever be able to do a whole manicure and keep it even. Good tip from Miss Panda though. I love the concept, but I'm just not that coordinated - I admire those of you who it works for.

BTW, not to be crass, but I keep seeing the title of this thread as "Magic Manure" - Sorry, but it's Monday :)
