when most orders were processed/shipped within 48 hours? It seems like lately my orders take an average of four days to be processed. Right now I have one order I placed FIVE days ago and it still "in process." What's with that? I used to think QVC was of the same caliber, if not higher than Amazon, Gap, Saks, Nordstrom, etc. It seems like the Q is getting sloppy.

I've always had great luck. I live in Massachusetts, and whenever I call something in, I have it within four or five days--and I'd probably have it sooner if I didn't live in a small town up in the mountains.

I live in Colorado, and typically once I place an order I receive an e-mail verification immediately, and within 24 hours, another e-mail telling me the item has shipped. I usually have the item in my hands within 5 days.

Well once UPS actually PICKS UP my package I get it pretty quick but getting the Q to box it up is what has become a problem. I wonder why my orders are being processed so slowly? I've noticed it getting progressively worse for at least a year now. I don't think my percentage of cancellations or returns has gone up. It really annoys me. The order I placed last Wednesday is still "in the process of shipping." Today is Monday. I think five days is a bit much. I expect that from HSN but not the Q.

I live about 1 mile from QVC studio Park, ( I realize that items are not shipped from there), and I ordered an item on Thursday and today it was finally shipped... I also have noticed that it takes several days to "process" certain purchases...as for jewlery, it may take 10 days to get things.... then again, I ordered a TVS on a MOnday and on Wednesday it was delivered UPS to my front door.. No rhyme or reason there...

I live in Minnesota and it often takes 7-10 days for something to arrive. Last week I finally called on something that I hadn't received after about 20 days (far past the "well call us after 14 days, just in case" response I've gotten from CS in the past). CS was very helpful, cancelled that order and ordered me another, figuring that one was lost. Wouldn't you know the order showed up later that day!!! So I had to go back to CS and get it all straightened out. The CS rep said they were sending more things by U.S. Mail, not priority, so it may take longer. I told her they should stop "advertising" the 7-10 days shipping if that is the case!!!

Yes, I especially noticed items sent USPS are taking about six to seven business days to arrive AFTER they are shipped. Particularly jewelry. I remember the days when I would order jewelry and I would have it two to three days after it shipped. I also noticed the prices on some items have gone up this year. I wish they would spend that money on processing orders as efficiently as they used too. I live in Virginia by the way.

Last year I ordered the mini Juniors cheesecakes. I kept checking as to when they would ship. It never did say it shipped, and I never received it! A couple of days after it was supposed to arrive I called and inquired. Customer Service credited my acct, said they had no more to ship, and to "enjoy the cheesecakes on us, when they arrive". Well, they never did arrive. I guess someone else got to enjoy them. However, I never would've eaten those cheesecakes if they'd shown up a week or two later, they would've been spoiled and I'd have gotten really sick! So, I have yet to taste Jr.s cheesecakes. With the shipping and handling cost, I'll probably not order another. I think Costco has good ones, and I can make cheesecakes myself for the cost of the shipping alone.

Sunshine: I'm in CA too and I've also noticed my orders arriving much faster than they used to. Maybe they're still using Priority Mail for the farther destinations? I've gotten spoiled by QVC--I ordered something from another company 10/22 and it hasn't arrived yet and I'm getting so annoyed--but I remember when it used to take at least six weeks to get something ordered from a catalog!
