I hope to see at least some of them. Some of my faves-Counting Crows, Beyonce, JLo and Marc Anthony, Josh Groban-are performing. DK, do you know of this "Kanye West"? He sure gets a lot of press. I'm wondering if I might enjoy his music.

Kanye is a hip hop artist (Top 40 kinda stuff), but his music has some meaning behind the lyrics (unlike god knows what the others are trying to say in their music)...try his song "Jesus Walks", "All Falls Down" (his big hits so far) and if you like that, you might like some of his other stuff too.

Phenominal show. Alicia Keyes....wow....beautiful, and her music/voice amazes me. Melissa Etheridge and Joss Stone......another great performance....Usher, smooth and polished act.........the old Southern rockers started out a bit weak, but finished strong......J-Lo and Mark.....well, he was great as usual......she could not match his voice, but they sounded good harmonizing. Love looking at Tim McGraw...love his song ...Faith dyed her hair brown again...wonder if it's for a movie?......hey, was that Renee Z.'s old boyfriend up there accepting the award for best country album?........and didn't Lisa Marie look outstanding....you never know how she ia going to appear....she is like a chameleon.

Forgot to add that on the Red Carpet with E!.. Kathy Griffin is more obnoxious than Joan Rivers ever was. I was embarrassed for her.....on one hand you have Starr Jones gushing over everyone she spoke to, and then they go over to Kathy who asked the most ridiculous, rude questions.

Does anyone watch Joan and Melissa? We don't get the TV guide channel around here.

Beyonce and Jay Z looked happy together.

J Lo and Marc....agreed.....he is so much better!

It was awesome!I've never heard of Joss Stone but I loved her voice and the fact that she was bare-foot.lol

I'm a fan of Melissa Etheridge's so it was great to see her last night.I really admire her for all that she is going through.I think it must have took alot of guts for her to show up and especially for her to perform in light of her recent hair loss.

As for the whole J-lo and Mark thing--I think they both looked uncomfortable singing together.But when I mentioned this to my step-daughter, she had no idea what I was talking about.She loved it!

Bet J Lo and Marc don't stay married forever.

IMO, Alicia is competing with Beyonce with her song with Usher and her fab body. Slinky dress and a lot of hips!
