Marjorie Willich charges that her 14-year-old son, Josh, has an explosive temper that terrifies her and everyone around him. Marjorie says Josh has slammed me into a wall, wrapped his hands around me neck and scratched me while I was driving. Marjorie had Josh arrested for assault. She says Josh has been suspended from school twice and is afraid that he's going to destroy his chances of having a worthwhile future. Josh admits he has an anger problem, but insists his entire family does too. He also admits he constantly argues with his mother and did grab her by the neck, but says it's warranted, because she keeps me on lockdown and I'm not going to be controlled. Judge Hatchett sentences Josh to articipate, with his mother, in trust-building activities - including rope climbing - designed to improve mother-son relationships.

Dana Berryhill wants two of her ex-boyfriends to take DNA tests to determine which one fathered her 13-month-old son, Jacorey. Dana admits to having intimate relationships with both Wince Williams and J.R. Jones at the same time, leaving the door open for either of these men to be Jacorey's father. Wince claims he had absolutely no idea Dana was cheating on him with J.R. and is devastated that he might not be Jacorey's father. Dana's current boyfriend, Maurice, insists both Wince and J.R. have behaved irresponsibly until now and once the DNA results are in, the biological father must take responsibility for his son.

SYNOPSIS:
Dana brought Wince and Jr into court for a DNA test. She admits to sleeping with both men in the same week at the time she got pregnant. She lied to Wince and said it was someone other than JR as the possible father. She knew he didn't like him and would probably leave her if he knew. She was going with JR when she met Wince. She and Wince moved in together when she had the baby. She decided she wanted a family. She said she told Wince to have a DNA test when the baby was born and he said that never came up. He said he was devistated when he found out that the baby might not be his but said he would raise the baby regardless and had his name put on the birth certificate. He knew all the dates of when they first met, when they first made love...he said that you remember those things when you are in love. Dana said they eventually broke up because he became controlling wanted to go everywhere she went..so when he was arrested for stealing from his job she took that time to break away. She admits to having slept with JR after the baby was born. She is with a new man now Maurice. Jr was there for the test...he said the baby looks like him. He didn't want to stand next to Wince because he said he is a poor excuse for a man. He admits to being that way himself when he first found out Dana was pregnant and it was a possiblity that he was the dad. But he claims to have matured a lot from that time.
Verdict:
The baby is Jr's...the judge told Dana she needs to learn to love herself. She has gone from man to man and needs to stop. She also told her she owes the men apologies for lying to them the way she did.

Marijuana distribution is alleged by a boy's mother, who says an older boy gave it to her son.
Bethsheba Yeshurun is suing Sandra Torres and her son, Jeremiah Wheeler, for $10,000 for attacking her 13-year-old son, James. Bethsheba claims Sandra's two sons attacked James because they thought he'd given their little brother marijuana, and their assault caused James to lose his tooth. Bethsheba also claims Sandra drove her two sons to beat James up! But Sandra denies driving her sons to find James, and charges that James sat back and let his friends bully the little boy into smoking pot. As far as Sandra is concerned, James is guilty and says her boys only tried to talk to James about what he had done. Her son, Joshua, only hit James only in self-defense, after James picked a fight with him.
